In Demand TradingPractical experience. Engineering discipline. Structures built to perform. We combine architectural thinking, technical design and hands-on construction knowledge to deliver tensile structures from concept through to installation. Our strength lies in integration. The people developing the geometry understand how the membrane will be patterned, how the steelwork must be fabricated, how the connections will be assembled and how the complete structure will be installed on site.In Demand Trading’s client relationships, company direction and operational delivery. Her focus is on responsive service, clear project coordination and ensuring the right commercial and construction resources are aligned with every brief. In Demand Trading’s sales and marketing activities, helping clients identify the most suitable tensile structure, awning or shade solution for their requirements. He supports new enquiries, prepares project proposals and ensures clear communication from the initial consultation through to project handover. In Demand Trading’s tensile structures. He coordinates site teams, installation programmes and on-site quality control, ensuring that every structure is installed safely, accurately and in accordance with the approved design and project requirements.Where form, structure and construction are resolved together.Tensile membranes behave differently from conventional roofs. Their strength comes from geometry and pre-tension, making early coordination essential. Our design process considers the full structural system rather than treating the fabric as a later addition.Technical clarityCoordinated information and direct communication at every stage of the project.Coordinated information and direct communication at every stage of the project.Design integrityStrong architectural forms developed with their structural behaviour and buildability in mind.Bring us the site, the challenge and the architectural ambition.
